The Michigan Wolverines might be getting some help on the offensive line. Graduate transfer Sunny Odogwu, who previously played for the Miami Hurricanes, visited Michigan this week and just wrapped up his visit.
@UMichFootball visit was amazing. Thanks to @CoachJim4UM & his wonderful staff. Look forward to seeing what the future(God/Gut) aspires

Odogwu started four games at right tackle for the Canes last year, before suffering an ankle injury. A mountain of man, Odogwu checks in at 6-foot-8 and 325-pounds with a fascinating life story. Odogwu hails from Nigeria and didn't even play football until his senior year of high school. Hell, he didn't even sleep in a bed until he was 16.
Odogwu leaves Miami after graduating with a degree in Human Resource Management. That makes him immediately eligible to play in his final year of eligibility.
"Sunny and I had a good conversation, and he informed me that he feels his best opportunity to get the most playing time would be at another school," Richt said in a previous statement. "Sunny has been a great teammate and leader for this program, and we will miss him."
If he picks Michigan, Odogwu could compete for playing time at right tackle. After the spring, neither redshirt sophomore Jon Runyan Jr. nor redshirt junior Juwann Bushell-Beatty has taken control of the starting gig at RT. Several freshmen, namely Chuck Filiaga, could compete for time as well.
