The Michigan Wolverines have added another key recruit. Offensive tackle Kai-Leon Herbert announced his decision today, picking the Wolverines over the Miami Hurricanes and Florida Gators. He announced his decision on Twitter.
Herbert is a four-star recruit from Florida. He's the No. 61 player in the nation according to Rivals.com and the No. 10 offensive tackle.
The addition of Herbert gives the Wolverines 18 commits for the class of 2017. He's the fourth offensive lineman to commit.
Herbert had offers from plenty of schools, including Auburn, LSU, USC and Florida State. He's listed at 6-foot-4, 279-pounds. A highlight video of Herbert is embedded below.
