Rumler is the No. 142 overall recruit for the class of 2019 and the No. 18 OT. An Ohio native, he's the No. 5 player in the state.
Rumler has long been a Michigan target, getting an offer nearly two full years ago. He checks in at 6-foot-4, 290-pounds. He picked the Wolverines over the likes of Ohio State, Notre Dame, Michigan State, Alabama and Georgia.
