The BBQ at the Big House is already turning out to be a big success for the Michigan Wolverines. Four-star OL Nolan Rumler committed earlier Saturday and now five-star DE Stephen Herron Jr. has committed. Herron announced his decision on Twitter.

Another class of 2019 commit, Herron is a five-star DE from Kentucky. He's the No. 4 weakside DE prospect, the No. 1 from the state of Kentucky and the No. 34 player overall.
Herron picked Michigan over the likes of Texas, Tennessee, Stanford and others. He's listed at 6-foot-3, 235-pounds.
"The family factor," Herron told 247Sports about what caused him to pick Michigan. "I'm all about relationships. To be here with other recruits, I love this place, we started talking about all the family stuff and I've come to notice Michigan is the best combination of academics and football ... being a Michigan Man is something different."

This is the third recruit for Michigan in the class of 2019. Herron joins the previously mentioned Rumler and four-star linebacker Charles Thomas, who committed in June.
