The University of Michigan held their graduation speech today at Michigan Stadium, and the commencement speaker was Michigan legend and Heisman Trophy winner Charles Woodson. WATCH ABOVE
In Woodson's 20 minute speech, he discussed the greatness of Michigan, the pride of being a Michigan alum, and of course football. He compared the eerily similar path he and Desmond Howard took from Ohio high school students to national TV broadcasters.
Both grew up in Ohio. Both went to Michigan. Both returned a punt for TD vs. Ohio State. Both won the Heisman. Both drafted #4 in 1st round. Both played for the Raiders. Both won a Super Bowl with the Packers. Both went into TV after playing career.
The most noteworthy part of the speech was Woodson noting that Michigan has not won much vs. Ohio State recently. He said that in 212 days, that would change. WATCH below or above. He also joked about building a wall between Ohio and Michigan!
