Faustin released his Top 10 schools last month, meaning Michigan beat out Boston College, Central Florida, Iowa State, Kentucky, Maryland, Nebraska, North Carolina State, South Florida and Virginia.
He had taken an unofficial visit to Ann Arbor this past weekend for the BBQ at The Big House, which appears to have secured his commitment.
Faustin is Michigan's 13 commitments in the 2018 class, and their group ranks in the top 15 in the country.
The 6-foot-2, 185-pounder is ranked as the No. 78 cornerback and No. 870 overall prospect in the country, according to 247sports' Composite Rankings.
