Brandon Jacobs has chimed in once again about his feud with Michigan Wolverines head coach Jim Harbaugh. This time, Jacobs has somewhat walked back his previous comments against Harbaugh, by claiming they were blown out of proportion by Michigan "freaks."
"It’s something that got blown out of proportion," Jacobs told All Access Football. "The Michigan freaks blew it out of proportion."
Jacobs had claimed in a now-deleted tweet that he would get Harbaugh fired from Michigan after Jacobs exposed Harbaugh. Jacobs also said Harbaugh didn't know what he was doing as a head coach and knew nothing about football.
Harbaugh and Jacobs were together for one year with the San Francisco 49ers. Jacobs hardly played, with just seven yards on five carries. Jacobs also said what pretty much everyone could already knew: he and Harbaugh don't get along.
"Me and Jim, we don’t get along, he don’t like me and I don’t like him," Jacobs said. "He’s doing a good job at Michigan. On the college level he’s doing what he’s supposed to be doing. I don’t knock what Jim is doing. Again, I don’t like him, he don’t like me, and that’s just where we leave it."
That's probably as close as Jacobs will come to saying he was wrong about Harbaugh. Jacobs has not played in the NFL since 2013 and has previously called Harbaugh a bitch and a loser.
