Michigan Wolverines Football - Nebraska destruction in HD

University of Michigan's obliteration of the Nebraska Cornhuskers was easily the most satisfying game of the last 5 years.  From the student section, it was apparent that we dominated the Huskers in every facet of the game.  The running game was stellar, Denard's decision making was sharp, and the defense was AMAZING.  In celebration of the Wolverines destruction of the dreaded Huskers, I bring you some of the best sights and sounds from this weekends game in HD.

It was clear that there no coincidence that the Universities acknowledgment of Lloyd's College Hall of Fame tribute came on the same day as the Nebraska game.  We clearly have not gotten over that spilt 1997 with Nebraska.  Deservingly, Lloyd was honored in the most grand way possible with an enormous tribute featuring a crowd mural depicting his name and face (below).  The pregame ceremony was perfect, except for one huge problem... The Jumbotron was blacked-out.   Consequentially, nobody in the stadium saw the pregame video tribute for Lloyd.

"M Lloyd" with the Jumbotron blacked out.

"Carr M"

This was quite possibly the coolest part of the game. After the Lloyd tribute, the fans were able to flip over their cards, making the shape of a gorgeous American flag.

The stadium had to put up with this monstrosity for almost the entire first half of the game.

113,000 fans has become the standard for Michigan Stadium. I am looking for 116,00-119,000 for the OSU game.

The Nebraska fumble on the kick return and the student section reaction.

The team joins the student section, and a rousing chant of "BEAT OHIO"
