Join Braylon Edwards & other Michigan stars to support a great cause

Michigan all-time great WR Braylon Edwards is hosting his 3rd annual celebrity basketball game the night before Michigan''s spring game.

The game will be played at Ann Arbor Pioneer high school on Friday April 13, at 8pm. You can buy tickets for $20, $15 for students.

Confirmed participants in the game are:

Football:

Denard Robinson, Marlin Jackson, Roy Roundtree, Ron Bellamy, Mike Martin and David Terrell.

Basketball:

Tim Hardaway Jr, Jordan Morgan, Zach Novak and David Merritt, Stu Douglass and Jimmy King.

Other local celebs:

Ralph Godbee (Detroit Police Chief), Dr. Darrius, Heather Zara, and Erin Nicole (media personalities), Rob Parker (sports commentator), Brain Olatunji (NHRA Funny Car Driver), Comedian CP (YouTube sensation).

Proceeds from the event will go to the University of Michigan’s A. Alfred Taubman Medical Research Institute. Funds collected from this event will benefit ALS (also known as Lou Gehrig’s disease) research being conducted by the scientists of the Taubman Institute. Dr. Eva Feldman, director of the Taubman Institute, has developed a groundbreaking stem cell treatment for ALS, which is currently receiving its human clinic trials.

The game raised $30,000 last year.
