The Michigan Wolverines still have a wealth of time to play with to round out their 2016 recruiting class, as we sit just about 10 months away from next year's National Signing Day. However, that doesn't mean we can't predict which players are going to make up next year's recruiting haul.
Anthony Broome over at Maize N Brew released his first 2016 recruiting class projections for the Wolverines, detailing a potential class highlighted by 16 four-stars and one five-star recruit.
Take a look at his projections below (all current commits in bold):
Quarterbacks (1)
4* Brandon Peters (Avon, Indiana)
Running Backs (2)
4* Matt Falcon (Southfield, Michigan)
3* Kingston Davis (Prattville, Alabama)
Fullbacks (1)
3* David Reese (Farmington, Michigan)
Wide Receivers (2)
4* Donnie Corley (Wyandotte, Michigan)
3* Desmond Fitzpatrick (Farmington, Michigan)
Tight Ends (2)
4* Devin Asiasi (Concord, California)
4* Nasier Upshur (Philadelphia, Pennsylvania)

Defensive Ends (2)
4* Josh King (Darien, Illinois)
4* Xavier Kelly (Wichita, Kansas)
Defensive Tackle (1)
5* Rashan Gary (Paramus, New Jersey)
Linebackers (4)
4* Dontavious Jackson (Houston, Texas)
4* Camilo Eifler (Oakland, California)
4* Jonathan Jones (Orlando, Florida)
3* Dele Harding (Elkton, Maryland)
Cornerbacks (3)
4* Lavert Hill (Detroit, Michigan)

Safeties (2)
4* Jordan Fuller (Westwood, New Jersey)
3* Chris Brown (Houston, Texas)
Kicker (1)
3* Quinn Nordin (Rockford, Michigan)
If such a class materializes, it's very possible that Michigan could finish somewhere near the top of the national recruiting rankings for 2016. These may be just projections, but there's plenty of reason for optimism going forward.
