Since I'm certain you clicked on this article for in-depth NFL or Tennis analysis, I have to start by apologizing, because this post is simply about hot chicks and not-so-hot chicks of the football and tennis wife or girlfriend variety. Purveyors of all things aesthetically pleasing may in fact appreciate this more than analysis.
What tennis lacks in outright excitement it more than makes up for in gratuitious shots of player's wives. No sport goes out of it's way more to pan to the crowd and find hot chicks. An 80 yard TD might be more exciting than a drop shot, but a smiling Brooklyn Decker is slightly better to look at than a flexing and probably stuttering Ed Hochuli.
With Lleyton Hewitt and Novak Djokovic matched up in the Australian Open's 4th round, cameramen we're likely playing staging Over The Top style arm wrestling competitions to decide who got to work. Lleyton's wife and Novak's girlfriend are similarly hot, as you can see below. We'll take a look at them, then compare them to a couple WAGs from Sunday's games.
Novak Djokovic's Girlfriend Jelena Ristic at Novak's Monday match:
and previously, still looking solid:
Lleyton Hewitt's Girlfriend, Bec Cartright, who also attended Monday's match:
(From this year's Australian Open)
Now it's football's turn to take show off some hotness. Let's look at the wife of one of Sunday's biggest stars...
How about the wife of Jim Harbaugh's newest protege Alex Smith?
Very impressive Alex, but the advantage remains with tennis. To complete the 2 on 2 match-up let's look at the wife of another star from Sunday:
AFC Championship Game Defensive MVP Vince Wilfork's wife:
Well I guess that settles it, as this unbiased competition has proven, tennis Wags are truly more attractive than NFL Wags. Before you ask yourself, yes, this was a thinly veiled affront to look at Novak and Lleyton's very attractive better halves. Any WAG competition featuring the Patriots where Gisele doesn't factor in can probably be immediately falsified. Hot chicks aside, this article's true gift was the knowledge that Vince Wilfork is a deep individual, who values a woman's intelligence as much as her looks. What a different world we'd live in if we were all like Vince. This would be out of business for instance.
