The Michigan Wolverines were able to rebound from last week's disappointing loss with a hard-fought 27-20 OT win over Indiana on Saturday. Despite the victory, Michigan was still limited by the problems that have been plaguing them all season - but a number of players were the difference in putting the Wolverines over the top. Here are the top five standout players.
Karan Higdon
Who else did you expect to start this list off? Hidgon rushed for 200 yards and all three of Michigan's touchdowns on 25 carries, almost singlehandedly carrying the Wolverines' offense.

Higdon's performance accounted for over 60 percent of Michigan's total offense in this one. He gets the first game ball.
Tyree Kinnel
Michigan's defense played incredibly well (once again), but Kennel was a standout. He recorded six tackles with one tackle for loss and one pass breakup - along with the game-ending interception.

Rashan Gary
Gary was the most dominant defensive force for the Wolverines in this game, recording seven tackles with 2.5 tackles for loss, a sack and two quarterback hurries. He was in the backfield seemingly every play, and when he wasn't, it was because he was absorbing a double team or filling a running lane. The sophomore continues to live up to the hype and then some.
Donovan Peoples-Jones
I'll preface DPJ's portion of the list by acknowledging how poor Michigan's passing game is. John O'Korn completed only 10/20 passes for 58 yards. However, Peoples-Jones was responsible for 34 of those yards on four catches. The former 5-star recruit is already a factor in the return game, but he continues to become a bigger and bigger part of Michigan's air attack. His progression is a promising sign for Wolverines fans, and that is why he's on the list.
Quinn Nordin
Kickers need love, too, right? You could argue that Nordin has been Michigan's offensive MVP this season given how much they've struggled in the red zone, and that was the case again tonight as he drained both of his field goal attempts. Nordin hasn't missed a kick in five consecutive games.
