Minutes after Ohio State coach Urban Meyer released a statement saying that he took proper protocol when reporting what he knew of the 2015 Zach Smith domestic violence claim, the former assistant coach went on 105.7 The Zone in Columbus to tell his side of the story.
After the radio interviewed aired, ESPN showed an interview recorded Friday afternoon where Smith detailed what Meyer knew and didn't know and, reiterated many times that it was a private matter.
Zach Smith: "I believe this a private matter between two people in a marriage. That's where it should stay.
