What does Michigan State do after two months of surviving, two months of close calls and second-half comebacks and miraculous finishes, two months of looking toward the College Football Playoff and the chance to play for a national title?

What does MSU do after a disheartening Saturday night in Nebraska, after blowing a 12-point lead with 4 minutes left? After playing it safe when playing to win was the right call?

It's tempting to say the Spartans got exposed by the Cornhuskers at Memorial Stadium this past weekend. But that's not fair or accurate.
