Outside linebacker Daelin Hayes, ranked a four- and five-star prospect by the major recruiting services, will announce his college choice Thursday at 12:30 p.m. from his high school, Ann Arbor Skyline.

Hayes is expected to choose Michigan State or Notre Dame.
In the preseason, Hayes was ranked the No. 2 player in the state overall by The Detroit News. He was limited to just three games for Skyline this season due to a separated shoulder.
Both Scout and Rivals rate Hayes as the No. 1 outside linebacker in Michigan.
