The family of a victim in a sexual assault case involving a trio of former Michigan State football players who agreed to plea deals for lesser charges blasted the prosecutor's office.
Josh King, Donnie Corley and Demetric Vance all faced criminal sexual conduct charges but on Wednesday morning pleaded guilty to a felony charge of seduction in Ingham County Circuit Court and may avoid any jail time. Later that day, Ingham County prosecutor Carol Siemon released a statement calling the seduction charge "an imperfect tool," but one that allows the "criminal justice system to acknowledge the victim" and help lead to a plea.
