Last season, 5-foot-11 Jayden Reed caught eight touchdowns and reeled in 797 receiving yards for Western Michigan.
That season also saw him end with Freshman All-American accolades from the Football Writers Association of America. It also ended with him announcing his transfer from the Broncos.
This season? Well, on Thursday Reed announced he will be going green and joining the Spartans in East Lansing.
Whether he’ll be eligible this year is up for debate, but regardless he will have three years of eligibility left. Regardless, this gives MSU another weapon in an already-solid position group.
Reed is already familiar with some faces at MSU, namely incoming quarterback commit Payton Thorne — Reed’s old teammate at Naperville Central.
