Five weeks into the high school football season and things are finally starting to take shape in terms of conference championship and MHSAA postseason races.The Union City Chargers and the Tekonsha Indians are both in good position entering week six of the season, with both still very much alive for a postseason berth in addition to having the inside track on possible conference or divisional crowns.While neither team is getting much love from the Associated Press Polls (AP) both are as of right now in the MHSAA playoffs based on the playoff points system.Union City finds themselves ranked fifteenth in the latest Division 7 Playoff Rankings with 31.
