EAST LANSING, Mich. - The Big Ten Conference and TV networks have announced that two more Michigan State football games will be played in primetime during the 2015 season.
MSU's home opener on Saturday, Sept. 12 against Oregon in Spartan Stadium will begin at 8 p.m. It will mark the fifth consecutive season the Spartans' home opener will be played under the lights.
Michigan State also opened at home in primetime against Oregon on Sept. 2, 1999, and came away with a 27-20 victory over the Ducks. The reigning Pac-12 Champions lead the overall series against the Spartans, 3-2, including a 46-27 win last season in Eugene.
