Michigan State said goodbye to Tre and will be replacing him with Trey. On Friday afternoon, On3 reported that Trey Fort has decided to join the MSU basketball team for his final season of college hoops. I know we usually wait for January to decide on player nicknames, but I think we can go ahead and give this one out now.
Trey Fort has been at five different schools in five years. He will be known as Trey “The Wandering” Fort... or something along those lines. Here is his journey (should we call him “The Journeyman”?). He began at Tennessee-Martin in 2020-21.
