Spartan basketball captain and sophomore point guard LouRawls Tum Tum Nairn has been out for the last five games with plantar fasciitis in his right foot. Izzo said after their win against Rutgers on Sunday night that he may know if Nairn would return today for the Spartans rivalry game on Saturday with Michigan.
So I asked him today about the status or Tum Tum. He said, “He shot yesterday on our off day, I have not talked to the doctors to day and I do not expect him to practice today at all.
