A woman is suing Michigan State University after she says three members of the school's men's basketball team raped her in 2015 and the school's counseling office coerced her into not reporting the incident to police.
In a lawsuit filed in federal court on Monday, an unidentified woman claims she met multiple members of the men's basketball team at Harper's bar in East Lansing on April 11, 2015, days after the team played in the 2015 Final Four.
She was invited to an apartment by one of those players, according to the lawsuit, under the guise of a party.
