Hey Spartans, time to hear from you all again. I know as sports fans, particularly college sports fans, the summer months can seem dull and never-ending. However, this summer has been rather eventful for the world of athletics. There are a number of events, leagues, and tournaments all going on right now that are helping me when it is too hot to go outside. Soccer/futbol has graced us with two concurrent tournaments, Euro ‘24 and Copa America. Both of those events will have their respective semifinals this coming Tuesday and Wednesday, and their finals will be next Sunday. In American football, we had the first season of the UFL recently come to an end.
