• Michigan State welcomes Northwestern to Spartan Stadium this Saturday, Oct. 15 at 3:36 p.m. in Spartan Stadium for the school’s 101st Homecoming game. The contest will be broadcast on BTN and BTN2Go. The Spartans (2-3, 0-2 B1G) will look to get back on the winning track after falling to BYU last Saturday at home, 31-14, while the Wildcats (2-3, 1-1 B1G) are coming off a bye week following their 38-31 win at Iowa on Oct. 1.
• Saturday’s game marks the 55th meeting between Michigan State and Northwestern and the first since 2013, when the Spartans topped the Wildcats in Evanston to clinch the Big Ten Legends Division title en route to winning the Big Ten Championship and Rose Bowl Game.
