East Lansing — Michigan State had nearly a week to stew over the way it had been playing lately, and on Friday night against Indiana, the frustration was wiped away in a performance the Spartans had become accustomed before last week’s woes.
After losing two of three — capped by the loss to Michigan at home last Saturday — No. 9 Michigan State got rolling early and cruised to an 85-57 victory over the Hoosiers at the Breslin Center.
The Spartans had the advantage in nearly every category, outrebounding the Hoosiers, 45-27, and shooting 54.
