EAST LANSING - For the second straight night, the Michigan State hockey team came out on the wrong side of a one-goal game with No. 14 Ohio State as the Buckeyes topped the Spartans, 4-3, on Saturday at Munn Ice Arena. The Spartans rallied from a three-goal deficit and pulled within one on two occasions, but could not get the equalizer.
“It’s frustrating, it’s disappointing,” MSU head coach Tom Anastos said. “Those guys in that locker room are playing really hard. I thought last night we didn’t make plays at key times to be able to win the game.
