East Lansing — The line to the transfer portal continues to grow at Michigan State.
Tight end Noah Davis, a fourth-year junior, became the sixth Spartan to enter the portal and the second in as many days, a team spokesman confirmed Friday. It comes a day after wide receiver Cam Chambers, also a fourth-year junior, opted to enter the portal.
Davis was rated the No. 14 tight end in the nation by Rivals.com coming out of St. Xavier High in Cincinnati in 2016. However, after redshirting his first season, Davis battled injuries and never saw consistent playing time.
