EAST LANSING – Suddenly, it feels like 2013 again for Michigan State entering spring football practice.

For the first time in three years, the Spartans don’t have a clear-cut, no-question-about-it starting quarterback.

As Connor Cook prepares for the NFL draft, the Spartans have entered the land of either-or at quarterback. On the first depth chart released Monday, the Spartans listed either senior Tyler O’Connor or junior Damion Terry as the starter.
