Michigan State basketball recruiting has been quite a mystery in recent years. Head coach Tom Izzo has missed out on guys at the last minute that looked like locks to join the Green & White, but all-in-all, he has put together a solid class most every year.
The 2016 class has a chance to be something really special and end up as Izzo’s best as the Spartans’ head coach. The class’s first commit, four-star power forward Nick Ward, had some encouraging news via Twitter on Saturday morning that is leading to mass amounts of speculation.
