Dominique Long grew up in Westerville, Ohio, only 20, minutes away from Columbus, the heart of Buckeye territory.
When Mark Dantonio came in Buckeye territory, Long became a Spartan.
Long is a 6’2 188 pound safety who is the 13th commit of the Michigan State 2017 class, and he is a safety that can play like a linebacker.
Even though Long’s mother works for Ohio State, it was Dantonio that helped Long make his decision to come to East Lansing. He joined Hondo S. Carpenter, Sr. recently on Spartan Nation Radio to discuss his journey to the Spartan Nation.
