EAST LANSING – Michigan State has had good success against Penn State over the last three seasons.
The Spartans are 6-2-2 against the Nittany Lions, including 2-1-1 last year.
But if MSU hopes to continue to earn points vs. Penn State this weekend, it’ll need to contain one of the best power plays in the nation, and it would help if the Spartans’ power play supplied some key goals.
After 13 non-conference games, Michigan State (4-7-2) is ready to begin the chase to the Big Ten Conference regular-season title with a trip to University Park, Pa.
