Victims of Larry Nassar are pushing Michigan State University and USA Gymnastics to provide more information about who knew what when about Nassar's misconduct, and say that process should happen before a federal judge rules on whether to dismiss MSU and USAG from Nassar lawsuits.
In court motions filed this month in U.S. District Court in Grand Rapids, the plaintiffs seek depositions from 16 people, including former MSU President Lou Anna K. Simon, former MSU Athletic Director Mark Hollis and current Provost June Pierce Youatt.
A total of 279 plaintiffs -- 255 people allegedly abused by Nassar and 24 of their spouses -- are part of nine lawsuits filed against Nassar, MSU, USAG and a number of individuals associated with MSU or USAG.
