EAST LANSING – Michigan State All-America center Jack Allen personally delivered the best health news regarding his team in months, on Tuesday after his first practice in nearly four weeks.
Allen said the ankle he injured on consecutive hits in an Oct. 10 win at Rutgers is at 90-95% health now, and that he'll play Saturday for No. 6 MSU (8-0, 4-0 Big Ten) at Nebraska (3-6, 1-4).
