Michigan State's annual "Meet the Spartans" event will be on Tuesday, Aug. 21, the program announced Friday afternoon.
The 16th installment of the event will take place at Spartan Stadium, with additional details to be released later.

In previous years, Michigan State coach Mark Dantonio and players have signed autographs for fans in the concourse during the free event.
Michigan State is coming off a 10-3 season and returns 19 starters on offense and defense. The Spartans will open the season at home against Utah State on Aug.
