IOWA CITY, Iowa — Kyle Ahrens already did not feel 100 percent going into Thursday’s game at Iowa.
Now, the swingman might rejoin fellow junior Joshua Langford on the sideline.
Ahrens was re-injured saving a loose-ball rebound with 8:45 left in No. 6 Michigan State’s 82-67 victory, re-aggravating a back problem that forced him to sit out road games at Penn State and Nebraska in the past two weeks.
Tom Izzo said Ahrens “wasn’t feeling great” going into the Iowa game, after returning to the court Monday with 12 minutes at home against Maryland.
