Aaron Burbridge is ready. Spring ball is here and the senior wide receiver is ready to live up to the hype and become the program’s go-to guy. Quarterback Connor Cook will be losing a top wide out from last year in Tony Lippett while gaining a guy with the potential to be very key in Burbridge.
As a four-star high school recruit out of Farmington Hills, Mich., Burbridge was expected to be a local star for the Spartans and after his first year on campus, it was looking like that would be the case.
However, a slow sophomore season followed by a bit of a resurgent junior year have proven that Burbridge has some work to do.
