Michigan State WR Macgarret Kings Jr. admits to littering in exchange for dropped charges

EAST LANSING -- Michigan State wide receiver Macgarrett Kings Jr. pleaded guilty to littering in public in exchange for two misdemeanor charges being dropped, court records show.

Kings, 21 of Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, admitted responsibility to littering in public, a civil infraction, in exchange for the dismissal of a charge of drunk and disorderly conduct and a charge of disorderly conduct, resisting, assaulting or hindering a police officer.

Both of those charges are misdemeanors that carried up to 93 days in jail.

Kings was arrested about 2 a.m. Feb. 28 in the alley between Grand River and Albert avenues near Abbot Road in East Lansing.
