Meanwhile, Walled Lake Western is still going strong in the Michigan High School Athletic Association's Division 2 playoffs. The Warriors (10-1) defeated Pinckney, 41-16, in the district finals last Friday and will host Fenton (9-2) in the regional finals at noon Saturday.
