Both teams earned a first-round bye and will begin today’s tournament action in the opening game at Gainsbridge Fieldhouse in Indianapolis, Indiana. Tipoff is set for 11:30 a.m. eastern standard time and the game will broadcast on the Big Ten Network.
Purdue finished the regular season with a 16-13 record overall and stands at 7-11 in Big Ten play. The Boilermakers dropped three of five games down the final stretch, defeating Rutgers and Illinois.
