Coming off their biggest win since the first few weeks of the season, the Michigan State Spartans are looking to string together multiple victories to gain some confidence after a recent three-game losing streak. Tom Izzo and the Spartans will be traveling to Evanston, Ill., to take on a pesky Northwestern team that has been struggling in Big Ten play, sitting at 3-5.
