Michigan State volleyball will look to carry their success against Rutgers last Saturday into this weekend as they host Indiana (11-4) Friday at 7 p.m. and No. 14 Purdue (13-2) Saturday at 7 p.m. to end a four-game home stand.
The Spartans split their first Big Ten games at home last weekend, losing 3-0 to No. 9 Penn State and beating Rutgers, 3-1.
The challenges that the team faced last weekend included slow starts to sets, especially against the Nittany Lions. It is something that was improved upon against Rutgers, but head coach Cathy George discussed after both games how much the team needed energy.
