Michigan State is headed to a bowl game in California for the second straight year.
The Spartans (7-5, 5-4 Big Ten) will face Oregon (8-4, 5-4 Pac-12) in the Redbox Bowl at 3 p.m. (ET) on Dec. 31 at Levi's Stadium in Santa Clara., Calif. They beat Washington State 42-17 in the Holiday Bowl last year in San Diego.
It will be the seventh meeting between the two programs and first time they've played in a bowl game. The all-time series is tied at 3-3 and Michigan State won the last matchup 31-28 in 2015 at Spartan Stadium.
