East Lansing, Mich. - Michigan State’s men’s basketball team will play in the 18th annual Continental Tire Las Vegas Invitational, as announced today. The invitational will be held from Nov. 22-23 at Orleans Arena in Las Vegas.
In addition to Michigan State, the field includes North Carolina, UCLA and Texas.
This will be the first appearance in the Continental Tire Las Vegas Invitational for the Spartans. The Spartans have had success in Thanksgiving weekend tournaments in recent years, capturing three preseason titles in the last five years. In November 2017, the Spartans defeated North Carolina, 63-45, in the PK80 Phil Knight Invitational finale in Portland.
