Editor's note: This is the fifth part of a series projecting Michigan State's depth chart by position heading into fall camp.
Michigan State lost just one senior starter on offense from last season, but it was a substantial departure.
Center Brian Allen, a three-year starter with experience at all three interior positions, was selected by the Los Angeles Rams in the fourth round of the NFL draft. He was a team captain, the anchor of the offensive line and his spot is the most difficult for the Spartans to replace heading into this season.
However, the other four starters on the offensive line return following a season in which they gained valuable experience and there's also depth.
