In an update to Michigan State season ticket holders, MSU athletic director Bill Beekman anticipates reducing the number of fans that will be able to attend games at Spartan Stadium this fall and said while ticketing plans and the game-day experience are not yet finalized, they’re starting to take shape.
Earlier this month Beekman said he expects Spartan Stadium to be at 20 to 30% of its capacity in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. The upcoming football season still has not been finalized, but schools are making preparations as though it will happen.
