LAS VEGAS -- Michigan State is garnering a lot of betting attention heading into the first full days of the NCAA tournament.
More money and more bets have been placed on the Spartans to win the tournament than on any other team at the Westgate SuperBook and William Hill's Nevada sportsbook. As of Tuesday night, 19 percent of the total amount bet on William Hill's odds to win the tournament was on Michigan State.
The Spartans and Kansas are co-favorites at 9-2 to win the tournament at the SuperBook. North Carolina also is in the mix, a notch below at 5-1.
