EAST LANSING, Mich. -- Michigan State quarterback Connor Cook expects to be fully healthy when he lines up against Alabama at the Goodyear Cotton Bowl Classic with a trip to the national championship on the line.
Cook injured his throwing shoulder when he was driven to the turf in a win over Maryland on Nov. 14 and has been hampered by it since then. The Spartans began bowl preparation earlier this week, and Cook said the extra time off helped the healing process.
"The last two days of practice I've felt really good," he said.
