The Michigan State senior safety from Jackson heard the applause from the crowd and had to keep his emotions in check before the Spartans won 14-10 against Rutgers in their regular-season finale on Saturday.
"You try to take it all in, but you try to control it as well, but it's starting to hit me," Willis said after the game. "I think I'll let the emotions flow a little bit later."
