Michigan State does not believe it violated any NCAA rules related to its handling of disgraced former university sports medicine doctor Larry Nassar.

The letter sent on behalf of Michigan State to the NCAA on March 22 from lawyer Mike Glazier of the firm Bond, Schoeneck & King and addressed to NCAA vice president of enforcement Jonathan Duncan outlined the reasons why the university doesn't believe it committed any violations related to Nassar.
