Michigan State athletics did not register any positive cases in its latest testing for COVID-19, the university announced Monday.
The school tested more than 250 athletes, coaches and staff Aug. 7-14, and all tests came back negative.
MSU has conducted more than 1,000 tests for the coronavirus since athletes returned to campus in mid-June. There have been 30 positives among 800-plus tests on athletes, as well as a 14-day quarantine of the football team in late July and early August, and five positive cases among more than 230 tests of staff members.
